Processing Time

When ordering ready pieces, please allow 48 hours for your order to be packed before its shipped out.

Our business operates during the weekdays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next working day. Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed as they would have been processed by our team.

At La Kamara, custom made and customized orders are hand-made once an order is made. As such, we kindly request that you allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made before dispatch. During busy periods, please allow up to 4-5 weeks production time.

As we’ve been told on numerous occasions from our loyal, returning customers that the wait is absolutely worth it!

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

Local delivery in Lebanon with Wakilni. Estimated delivery within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.

You can also request same day delivery within Beirut by contacting us on Whatsapp +96176076007.

International express shipping with DHL. Estimated delivery within 3-6 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping logistics.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Use this information to track your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $4 on all orders within Lebanon. 

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and shipment destination of the order.

International Taxes & Duties

Please note that La Kamara cannot take responsibility for delays due to custom clearance as this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by custom authorities on delivery to your country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with the customs and consequently the parcel is returned to La Kamara, you will be liable for the additional fees charged for return and re-delivery.

For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order. 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays or delivery issues. La Kamara will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect provided addresses.
