Skip to content The adventure began back in September 2016, when the Creative Director and Founder, Kamar Zein, was encouraged by her mother to introduce the abaya look to Beirut in a trendy, modest way. That was when Abeytek came to life. The first collection was outsourced by external suppliers. Post launching, though customer feedbacks were positive in terms of material and finishing, Kamar was not satisfied with the effort put into these designs.
With the start of 2017, she began launching pieces of her own designs and the market was supportive with its feedback. That was when Abeytek was at its first steps into delivering custom made abayas with unique designs. With time, Kamar realized the lack of basic and signature modest outfits made of premium quality materials and neat finishing. Hence, she began designing dresses, co-ords, outerwear, accessories, and any item of the customer’s need.
Thanks to your trust, Abeytek has grown into LA KAMARA.
