Please Refer to our size chart to ensure your order your correct size, in exceptional circumstances should your order not fit well, we are more than happy to offer an exchange in size or store credit. All pieces on sale or promotion are non-refundable. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom made or customized orders. We do not allow exchange more than once.

In order to qualify for an exchange, please ensure your product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, they are unworn, and without any damage including but not limited to perfume or odor. Faulty item claims cannot be made after 2 days upon receiving the order. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if the returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the returned item will be returned to the address of the original order.

Before shipping an item back to us, please request an exchange authorization request from our returns departments within 3 days of receiving your order. You can do this by contacting us via Whatsapp +96176076007 or by email at sales@la-kamara.com with your order number and the reason of exchange.
